Finances has been developed for churches who
need to keep detailed records of all monies
received, whether it be a free will
offering, tithe, or part of a pledge
program. Faithworks Finances accommodates
all. The package can be used on it's own, or
'plugged in' to Faithworks - The Complete
Church Database Solution.
Customize
the Entire Database
As
with Faithworks, Faithworks Finances has
been designed with MS Access, and supplied
in a ".mdb" format, enabling you
to modify any aspect of it. You get
thousands of dollars worth of software
development, all for a bargain price.

has been designed to meet all the reporting

Account Types
Faithworks
Finances accommodates tithes, free will
offerings, and pledge programs. You can also
have sub categories under the one Account
type.
eg. Program Name: Church Building

This
enables you to record donations for specific
categories (if you need to).
Enter
contributions/donations easily and quickly
by 'Account Name' (person donating) or
'Envelope Number'.
Reports
and Graphs

out the total sum donations made,
between any any two dates, by each
steward, towards any account, and sub
category.

out the total sum donations made, with
the number of donations, per month, for
any account, between any two entered
dates.

out a pledge summary for a pledge
account. (ie. total amount pledged,
amount pledged to date, amount donated
to date, balance of pledge)

a statement (receipt) for an individual
(or everyone) for any selected account,

this website. Also, as many churches modify
their original copy of Faithworks Finances, updating
to the latest one may require technical knowledge
of Microsoft Access. Should you require the
services of Tanzanite Software Solutions to
do the upgrade a fee will be charged.
