WHAT IS IT?

Many churches like to monitor the growth of their cell groups - who's attending, numbers attending, salvations, healings...etc. This can be a cumbersome task. One church had a dedicated phone number, and answering machine, where group leaders would call every Monday and leave details of what happened in their group last week. An office staff member would then spend many hours listening to the answering machine and entering details into the computer. This was all replaced with the Faithworks Online Cell Group Reporting service, saving office staff hours of manual data entry.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Cell group leaders log on to a website with a Church Code, Group ID, and Password. They fill in the required information, and then click on a button which sends a file to a church email address (ie. cells@church.org.au). At the church the file is saved in a directory, a button is clicked in Faithworks, and all the information is automatically imported. Simple and easy. Hours of manual data entry saved.

HOW SECURE IS THE DATA ON THE INTERNET?

The only personal details that are stored on a web server, and transmitted over the internet via email, are the first name and surname of people attending groups. No contact details such as phone numbers, addresses and emails are stored or transmitted. Information can only reach unintended recipients if the data email  from the church to Tanzanite Software Solutions is accidentally sent to someone else. For the above reasons, the personal information used in the online reporting process is very secure.

HOW MUCH DOES THE SERVICE COST?

The service is charged on a 6 monthly basis, depending on how many groups from your church are registered to use the service. Details are in the table below.
