After receiving word from
God about using my database programming skills to help
churches, I went out and spoke to 7 different churches
about what they needed from a church database.
What I found was that
every church has special
unique needs, and as churches grow, their
software needs
may change. Whether it was specific reports, or specific
fields of information, their existing database systems

any need for customisations (at least initially).

Group people
according to leadership areas, giftings, training,
skills, or any other reason you like. For example you
could keep track of who you sent an invitation out to.

A fully featured
cell group section, where you can place cell
groups into two categories. For example a cell group
could have a Category1 of "Youth Group" and a
Category2 of "Prayer Group". This enables you to
easily send an email (or post letters) to everyone who
is in a "Prayer Group", or anyone who is in a "Youth
Group". And, of course, you can keep track of meetings
of groups, and who attends them.

feature you can easily extract everyone in the
database that meets your entered criteria (e.g. all
members who are married, and who do not attend a cell
group), and then easily send them an email, or arrange
