Privacy Policy
On
the 21st December 2001, the Privacy
Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 (The Act)
commenced. This legislation described ten principles
(referred to as the National Privacy Principles -
NPPs) that outlined how organisations in the private
sector should collect, use, disclose, hold and give
access to personal information

Information do we store?
We
record the following personal information passed to
us:
What do we do with
your personal information?
Information from churches is only stored for as long
is required to complete the reason for receiving the
data (eg. transfer data to Faithworks, or upgrade
Faithworks). Once the task is completes the files
are removed from our systems.
CV's of
software contractors are stored for potential future
software assignments.
Who do we disclose
your personal information to?
Your personal information will not be sold to any
other organisation for that organisation's unrelated
independent use. Further, we will not share your
personal information with any organisations.
How do we protect
your personal information?
At
all times, we take great care to ensure your
personal information is protected from unauthorised
access, use, disclosure or alteration.
